The heat recovery efficiency is over 92%. The indoor exhaust with low temperature and low humidity is used as the cooling air of the (evaporative) condenser, which makes use of both the sensible heat (temperature difference) of the indoor exhaust and the latent heat (humidity difference) of the indoor exhaust. The condensation effect is much better than the direct use of outdoor air as the cooling air, avoiding the energy loss caused by air conversion ventilation. Similarly, when the ventilation mechanism is hot, the high-temperature and high humidity air discharged from the room is used as the heat exchange heat source on the evaporator side. Compared with the traditional central air conditioning system, the fresh air load energy consumption is saved by about 50%, and the sensible heat exchange type (optional) has higher efficiency.

 Fresh air conditioning, indoor air quality controls 

The equipment directly processes the fresh air introduced from the outside, and discharges the indoor polluted air caused by human activities and building materials outdoors. The fresh air exhaust is an independent channel. Air isolation heat exchange can not only meet the control and regulation requirements, but also ensure the absolute freshness of the air, and fundamentally eliminate the cross pollution of the air. At the same time, the equipment can also be equipped with ozone disinfection, ultraviolet sterilization and high-voltage electrostatic dust removal, which is suitable for hospitals and other places with high requirements.

No need extra independent ventilation system

In the transition season, fresh air is used to bear the indoor load, and only the supply and exhaust fans are operated to realize automatic ventilation without starting the compressor. At the same time, there is no need to configure an independent ventilation system, so the energy-saving effect is more obvious. When the temperature meets the design requirements but the humidity cannot be met, only fresh air can be treated without starting the air conditioning host system.

No need extra cooling tower and outdoor units

The equipment is designed in an integrated structure, without outdoor unit, cooling tower and high-power cooling water pump. The power distribution of fan and water pump significantly reduces the initial investment of the project and has higher efficiency. The evaporative condensing unit adopts the tubular evaporative condensing technology, makes full use of the evaporation of the water film on the surface of the fins, and can realize the cooling and condensation of the working medium in the condenser through mass transfer and heat transfer.
