The coating plant project of Kaiyi Automobile Co., Ltd. uses Holtop 80B series air conditioning units to meet the strict requirements of the coating production line for air temperature, humidity and cleanliness, and provide guarantee for the bumper coating quality.
Kaiyi Automobile settled in Yibin, Sichuan Province in 2017. It is the leading engine for Yibin to build a 100 billion level automobile industry and the pillar enterprise for the production of complete vehicles in Sichuan Province. After years of development, Keywing has formed a product series of cars, SUVs, MPVs, traditional fuels and new energy. This project is to build an automatic painting workshop for automobile bumpers, and achieve the manufacturing capacity of 250000 sets of automobile bumpers annually.
The air conditioner in the industry is mainly used to meet the demand of production process for air quality. In view of the characteristics of the coating production line project for plastic parts of Keyvia Automobile, Holtop has adopted 80B structure design with high static pressure resistance and high sealing performance after several scheme optimizations.
